Good afternoon members, The board of P.A.C.S.O. would like to thank all of our members, for frankly being members of P.A.C.S.O. Without your membership and participation in our latest endeavor, contract negotiations would not be able to take place. So, THANK YOU for your membership and participation. We have sent a proposal for all of you to consider. I am going to allow the proposal to speak for itself and remain neutral for your consideration. Remember, we have the CBA negotiations thread to talk about it.
